Bravo F1 Hybrid Cabbage Seeds
Seed treated with fungicide
About-Â Bravo has performed well from the Deep South in winter to the North in summer. Large round heads are uniform in size and have a beautiful blue-green color. Use close spacing (10-12 in.) for market and wide spacing (18-24 in.) for sauerkraut. Mid-season, sweet flavor, crack-resistant.
When and Where to Plant– Start indoors and transplant outside 2-3 weeks before your last expected frost. Will germinate in temperatures as low as 40°F. Prefers an area with full sun and slightly acidic, moist soil.Â
Care and Harvest–Â Harvest cabbage as soon as the head is firm all the way through when you squeeze it. Cabbage is a heavy feeder, so be sure to fertilize often.
