Mid-season 100-110 days. A yellow-skinned spud that’s all dressed up in a cloak of purple with rounded ‘holes’ for the eyes to peek out! These slightly flattened, oval tubers have moist, yellow flesh, an irresistible creamy, rich flavor, and an elevated anthocyanin content. A very versatile potato, it’s delicious mashed or roasted as well. Vigorous plants deliver very high yields. PVP.
Potatoes begin shipping in March and shipping continues until we are sold out. We will prioritize orders for warmer zones to ship first and will avoid shipping to cooler zones until threat of freezing has diminished. Order early for best availability.
