About-Â This mix certainly checks all the boxes! The flowers range in color from a crisp white to a deep purple. Some flowers may even be multicolored. The ruffled flowers have a mild clove scent that attracts beneficial pollinators. Petals are edible. Can be used as a fresh-cut or dried flower.Â
When and Where to Plant-Â Start indoors 8-12 weeks before your last frost. Cover seeds with 1/8″ of soil. During germination, soil should be be 65-70 F. Transplant into garden 2 weeks after the final frost
Care and Harvest-Â Once established, they do not require regular watering. Over watering can cause yellowing. Harvest for use as a cut flower when 2-3 buds on the spray are open.
