Double Yield Cucumber
Double Yield is so named for its versatile cukes that are well adapted to both slicing and pickling. Young cukes are crunchy, tender, and well-flavored; for best quality harvest when cukes are 6″ or less in length.
As is often the case, we take more pictures of seeds and seed saving than we do of ripe edible veggies. The second photo shows us splitting the extremely over-ripe cucumbers and fermenting the seeds.
