Echinacea purpurea Mellow Yellows
A beautiful variety with large, daisy-like flowers produced in an array of cream, lemon and deep yellow, for months on end. Adored by bees and butterflies and excellent for cutting.
Providing a brilliant display in the border from mid-summer through to autumn with minimum fuss, these plants are easy to grow, preferring a sunny position in well-drained, normal to dry soil. They are drought tolerant and great for attracting butterflies and bees in the summer months and, when the blooms die back, the decorative seed heads become a winter food source for birds. These fabulous flowers are a worthwhile addition to any border.
