Feher Ozon Paprika
Known globally as a powder, sweet paprika starts as a fresh pepper. This Hungarian variety produces loads upon loads of pale yellow, blocky, tapered peppers on very small plants. Peppers slowly ripen to a peachy red. Though the plants are small, the amount of fruit can weigh them down and break the main stem, so staking is recommended. This pepper is quite sweet and can also be used as any sweet pepper: raw, roasted or sautéed. A staff favorite this year.
