FUNBERRY
Rubus illecebrosus An unusual and very hard to find berry here in the States, this native of Japan is known worldwide as balloonberry, roseberry, dewberry, and strawberry-raspberry. The 1 inch, bright red berries ripen in late summer and are tasty and sweet whether fresh or cooked. Bushy, deciduous plants have beautiful, tropical-looking foliage and are non-fussy. They prefer a sunny or part shade location with well-drained soil. Hardy in zones 4-8.
Funberry plants are shipped mid to late April in 3 ½ inch pots. Order early for best availability. Detailed planting information and growing instructions are included with each order. Available only in the contiguous US.
