Helenium Moerheim Beauty
Hot and brightly coloured daisy-like blooms, very tough, vigorous and easy to grow.
Heleniums are one of the mainstays of the late summer border, they will warm the garden with fiery colours just when other perennials are beginning to fade. Plants bloom over a long period, generally from mid to late-summer and through into autumn and bees and butterflies love them! Known commonly as Helen’s Flower because they mythically first grew on ground watered with the tears of Helen of Troy, the attractive daisy-like flower heads are excellent for cutting.
Grow in full sun in a well-drained soil. Taller varieties may require some support.
