Planting– Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before your first frost in the spring. Plant 1 plant per 16” pot or leave 18” between each plant in raised beds.
Care & Harvest– Lightly amend the soil with a low nitrogen fertilizer for best results. Use snips to harvest when eggplants have fully matured.
