Southern Giant Curled Mustard Seeds
About–Â This AAS winner is best when harvested young. Greens are delicious in salads and when harvested at maturity for soups and stir-frys. Popular in the South, but easy to grow in all climates!
When and Where to Plant–Â Direct sow 2-4 weeks before the last frost in the spring or 6-8 weeks before the first frost in the fall. Grow in well-draining soil in an area with full sun.
Care and Harvest– Mustard will produce better and have milder flavor when watered frequently. Harvest by breaking off the leaves as they reach the desired size.
