Tall Mix Helichrysum (Strawflower) Seeds
About–Â A favorite in old-fashioned gardens, Strawflower is grown for its papery flowers that come in shades of pink, yellow, white, orange and red. They have a long bloom cycle from mid summer to fall. Flowers can be used for fresh cut flowers or dried for everlasting flower arrangements.
When and Where to Plant–Â Start indoors 4-6 weeks before your last frost or direct sow after danger of frost is over. Do no cover seeds as they need light for germination.
Care and Harvest–Â Water if the soil starts to feel dry to the touch. Once flowers begin to fade, pinch them off to encourage additional blooms.
